Make non citizens of the Union pay for health care

At present foreigners, so-called assylum seekers and British residents who are not citizens have access to free health care. This is a burden on the welfare system and should be stopped.

I call our country the Union as we fly the Union flag. I am not refering to the EU as I would apply this rule to anyone who's not a citizen of OUR Union, MY Union. My proposal applies to members of the EU who are NOT and never should be, citizens of our Union. I firmly believe we should opt out of the EU as it is milking us. Keep the welfare system for British citizens only.
