End work place quotas based on gender and race.

Leftwing idealists have been enforcing equality by treating people unequally. Legally enforced quota systems ensure that a percentage of all jobs are given to women and ethnic minorities in preference to men and white people. There is currently a move to force Britain's FTSE 100 companies, (Britain's biggest companies) to employ more female directors. Surely the best person should get the job and this policy undermines and patronises the achievements of woman and people from ethnic minorities who have achieved success through their own hard work and ability.
